Ingredients for Life #84: Food Choices, Tastes, and Cleanses

This week, Romy chats with Michael about his and Lorrie’s progress with completely eliminating processed foods from their diets, and Jeffrey calls in with an update on his eating habits in the face of long work hours and consistent cross-country travel.

Michael relates how his perception of the foods he used to eat has radically changed during this current journey, and his surprise at how he no longer enjoys or wants/craves those processed tastes any more.

Jeffrey also has a few of his nutrition questions about snacks and fruits answered, and they all talk a little bit about the benefits of cleanses.
