Michael had some downtime due to his hernia surgery, and he used some of that time to finally watch several of the food documentaries they’ve talked about, including Forks Over Knives (from back in IFL #60).

After processing the information overload, he’s realized that it’s all reinforcing how important eating more whole foods is for our health, and that the overfattening of food animals is killing both them and us.

Sheryl’s Story: Romy’s client Sheryl joins the show to talk about how she got started on her weightloss journey, and learning about how much she needed to change her eating habits to get the results she desired.

She talks about the changes she’s made for breakfast and snacking, as well as her meal sizes and times, and with food logging.
