They also talk about how to shop for groceries, how to make the lists, and what “convenient” foods to keep in the refridgerator so you won’ t be tempted to go out for fast food or bad snacks.

Romy also talks about body fat, how to measure it, how to become more aware of how fat cells behave in your body, and how that behavior can affect your ability to lose weight as well as influencing what you want to eat.
