Hi Romy,

I've just finished listening to all your podcasts over the week and you've inspired me to be more serious about my health.

Both my husband and I are using our treadmill more often and I've started using FitClick to track my food intake and my exercise. It makes a huge difference for me because I am committed to being honest in my food log and I do not want to write that I ate something really unhealthy in a non-cheat meal, so I won't eat it.

Keep up the good work and I hope there will be more podcasts soon!
